Refund Policy
Typically, we do not give refunds. However, situations can occur for which a refund may be considered, such as ticket machine errors, extended system delays, etc.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request in writing to:

When writing, please include a brief description of the incident that occurred including date, time, location and any other information necessary to process your claim, such as the actual tickets (copies not accepted) and the receipt (if purchased by debit or credit card). Remember to include your name, address and phone number or provide your email address.  
 
Refunds are not given for: lost or stolen tickets; bent, folded or damaged tickets; or partially used tickets. The processing of refund claims can take 4-6 weeks.
 
Customer Service Booth Hours & Locations
Customer Service Booth are located on MGM Grand Station (Star Lane Entrance) and Sahara Station. Hours of operations: daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. More Information
 
Please note that customer service booths do not issue refunds. For refund requests, contact the corporate office.
 
Corporate Office Hours
The Monorail's corporate hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., PST.
 
Train Hours
The Monorail runs Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., PST. Friday through Sunday, the system operates from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m.
 
Ticket Vending Machine Locations
Las Vegas Monorail automated touch-screen ticket vending machines (TVMs) are available at all stations as well as several locations within the Monorail station resorts
 
 
TVM Order Information
No service fee when using credit or debit cards at TVMs.
TVMs accept cash and all major credit cards.
Maximum change is $20, given in $1 coins.
Sorry, no refunds.
 
Ticketing Problems at the Station
Any issue with a ticket malfunctioning at the fare gate or with the TVM can be addressed by pressing the button on the emergency telephone (E-Tel) located near the fare gates. It is there to assist with ticket failure and all other emergencies. Please press the button and wait for an operator to answer your call.
 
Purchasing Tickets
You may purchase Monorail tickets at one of the TVMs located at each station or online.
