For your convenience, you'll find friendly and knowledgeable customer service agents at eachof our booths located on our stations.
 
Booth Services
  • Purchase Tickets - Customers can purchase Monorail tickets at customer service booths with cash or a credit card. Tickets obtained at customer service booths are pre-printed and expiration dates may differ from date of purchase.

     

  • Redeem Vouchers and Coupons - Coupons and vouchers can only be redeemed at customer service booths during hours of operation.
No refunds or exchanges of tickets are rendered at the booths. Please click here for additional information on our refund policy.
 
Booth Hours of Operation
Offering a convenient way to purchase Monorail tickets, you'll find staffed customer service booths open daily between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
 
Booth Locations
The booths are located near the ticket vending machines (TVMs) and fare gates at the following stations:
  • MGM Grand Station has two entrances.  The booth is located near the station's Star Lane entrance (by the self-parking garage).
  • Bally's / Paris Las Vegas Station
  • Flamingo / Caesars Palace Station
  • Harrah's / Imperial Palace Station
  • Las Vegas Convention Center Station
  • Las Vegas Hilton Station
  • Sahara Station
